What a team! I'm always calling in for various things and the service is wonderful. Andrew has sold me two cars so far, a new one today,and he is an absolute star. Helpful and a joy to deal with. We had a great experience buying from here. Tom handled our purchase the whole way through. He was very responsive and relaxed when I made the initial enquiry and reservations, was happy to answer my various queries about the vehicle, and helpful and patient during our purchase. The car was exactly as described, no problems so far, and overall it was a painless experience! Very happy with our new motor.

Linda Collins was very attentive and did a great job in selling me the car very quickly. The car is doing well for now and I think everyone got a good deal all round! Will be making the most of the seasonal check-ups plus wash and vac that come with the compulsory £99 customer pack on purchase. Thank you!

2nd time dealing with Evans Halshaw, 2nd time having the pleasure to deal with Linda, she made our car buying process very easy and smooth. Linda went the extra mile in making sure every basis was covered and the communication throughout was great. Hopefully the next time we buy a car it’s from here.

False advertising and Terrible Customer Service! Not welcoming or accommodating. Chris the salesperson had no clue in regards to the vehicle I was buying from them (Mercedes C250d). Highly incompetent. He did not know the specs of the car and did not bother finding someone who can help. The advert stated the car included Apple car play, blind spot assist, Parktronic etc. None of these features were included and these are the ones I've discovered so far! I also had to point out the multiple scratches on the car. I had to ask 3 times for the service history, once it was printed off 2023 was still missing. I felt very uncomfortable and uncertain, customer satisfaction below par. They don't accept card payments. Car was presented very clean and waxed.
