I have used Huws Gray twice recently, once to source some cladding and a second time to get hold of some plaspave for a driveway. Both times I have been impressed with the service both over the phone and on delivery. I have never visited the store but going off my recent experience, I would recommend and also use again.

I called to enquire about a product which they had in stock so I just visited this builders merchant and was really impressed. They were professional on the phone as well as in person, well stocked and really helpful. Really warm customer service. They have a good display of materials and well organised.I was just in the area, visiting from London and would recommend this establishment.

No respect from these guys, one of your driver's blocked my entire street meaning I couldn't reach my house, then when I had to back up, park and walk past, there was no apology, your staff just laughed at me. Just abysmal service with an incredible lack of foresight
