I always go to Insignia Blinds when I need a vertical blind replacing. They are efficient and competitive in price. I have recommended them to friends and family who have also been very happy with the company.

Replacement blind fitted by Insignia after years of wear & tear.The service we received was exceptional!The customer service was polite ,friendly and professional.The replacement fitted blind was a perfect match for our requirements .A very seamless ,uncomplicated and prompt service. Insignia have supplied blinds for us in the past and we now needed 5 day and night blinds. Insignia were very competitive, excellent services and fitting. We are very pleased with them and look forward to having more fitted

Let down badly, took full amount instead of a deposit! didn’t do the job & said I had cancelled when I definitely didn’t. Hence he refused to return my money. Well Over £2,000 !! He was overworked & short staffed & confused, his other problem is he doesn’t delegate.

Thanks to Brian and his team for an excellent job under difficult conditions, installing electric blinds on our gazebo. Insignia was the only company that agreed to carry out the work as it was a wooden construction and not brick built. All were polite and courteous. Highly recommend.

We have used Insignia now in 3 property's and we can say from the first contact to install of the blinds it has been a first class experience, and nothing was too much trouble. The fitters were first class on time and polite and once they had finished they left no mess and cleaned as they went. We would strongly recommend Insignia.

Writing review on behalf of my parents.We had the front of the house finished (2 top bedrooms, 1 big & 1 small window) yesterday.The 3 blokes: Matt, Kylan and Ryan arrived slightly early, but they apologised and offered to go and come back at the proper time.Worked even better for us that they were there early, introductions made, quick chat to make sure we’re all on the same page and they got cracking, straight to work.They brought everything they needed, including own vacuum cleaner, everything was left just as clean and tidy as when they arrived. They were only here about 30-40minutes, superb work.We had the big downstairs window done (all white Venetian blinds, same as top), about a month or so ago, and 2 of the above 3 blokes fitted that. There was a tiny fault with that one, so before leaving yesterday, one of the guys quickly fixed the issue and told us to call if we have any other issues or questions at all. Lovely guys.We had Simon visit before each fitting, so that he could go through the info and do the measurements, very friendly and polite. We’re more than happy with the service we’ve received from everyone.Eventually we need to get the back of our house done, we will definitely be returning to Insignia for those windows. No need to go anywhere else, very pleased with the blinds received & fitted, and the customer service received.
