terrible service, the wait on the food is shocking for you to receive uncooked cold pieces of chicken or meat. (fast food) to be honest there is nothing fast about it your better ordering on the monday to get it the friday absolutely joke of a place wouldn’t even call it a restaurant!

Was the drive through on 29/09/23 waited about ten minutes to get my order took then thier was no one to take payment with card so drive up to the window to get the food had to pay with cash but when making a complaint the manager said it wasn't his fault well it wasn't my fault that use had no staff to take payment I think you should be more responsible and not blem the costumer

McDonald's is based on cheap and cheerful fast food for the masses.Unfortunately, it was not cheerful.The staff appear to be overworked and concentrating on online orders.The actual service area is crammed tight with too many people in a small space waiting!!I ordered a cheeseburger, and Big Mac value meal with Latte.When opening the cheeseburger I was faced with a sad little burger long past it's best. It only gets worse from there.My Big Mac looked as if it had been assembled by a hand grenade.Next to no suace in it. No extras, just lettuce, sad and withered in the burger box.The fries were just not enjoyable.The latte I'd say was the usual from McDonald's, which to be fair, I do like.Would i recommend McDonald's Leven?No, definitely not.I will not ever go there again.

Joke of a shop ordered grilled chicken wrap no mayo(reason being I'm allergic to egg). Recieved coated chicken wrap with mayo.. Thank you for Trying to kill me... Manger needs to get staff to do job right or needs replaced as this is not first time order has been wrong.

Although this is a massive organisation the various outlets work independently. We visited this McDonald's today for a sit in. We have used it numerous times for a drive through take away but this was our first sit in. The service was quick and we enjoyed our drinks. Wheelchair accessible and some disabled parking. Clean modern accessible washroom.

Can be very temperamental as to what service and quality of food to expect. If your enroute somewhere and your route passes another McDonald's - Go there instead. However if this is your closest and/or most convenient then you'll be as aware as I am that it's not the best.The staff that do work hard, work as they can and that is clear as even made effort to provide a free menu item for me when my wait was longer than expected.However they continuely disappoint so I've ranked 1 star. Maybe one day it'll bump up to 2.
