Shoezone

Twice now ive been. I live in Burnley but do go to Blackburn market alot. The lady who works at Blackburn has no customer skills. As soon as we walked in her smile was gone. No please and Thankyou. Started shouting pick up the shoes you dropped when we hadnt dropped them It was an elderly lady who dropped them but couldnt bend down to get them the lady told her sorry it was me she was not bothered. We still picked them up but her face was still like a wet weekend on a lovely sunny day. Probably wont go there again now as she has been like this twice. Our Burnley staff are friendly and helpful.

I went in to the store today to purchase a pair of shoes I saw online that were on sale. I went in store to purchase them and I`m happy they had my size. Staff are friendly and kind and gave excellent customer service. I would recommend Shoe Zone to any potential customer.

Good bargains here and always open even tho you never see many people in covid still open no worrys bank holidays Sundays Xmas always open if the apocalypse happened this would still be open until the ground opens up and it sunk into the bowels of hell but hey nothing else stopped then so guess still selling shoes to demons down there!

Palmmy! You're an angel.I rang in for a stock check for Hush Puppies, and She was so nice, I nearly giggled.Shoe zone need to fast track her to management.Palmmy is blessed with business acumen.

I recently went into this store to return some footwear which had become defective. I had only had them less than 1 month! Along with a valid proof of purchase I entered the store I was met by a stern looking female assistant, I explained the situation with the trainers, however she insisted she believed the footwear to be older than 1 month, I referred her to inspect the till reciept to check the date of purchase, however she blatantly refused to accept my reciept! Furthermore, she refused to acknowledge my right of return of defective goods. I was shocked at her audacity! especially being in a customer facing role. I asked for her name so I could put my concerns to the Head Office regarding her treatment towards me! She had her ID badge hanging on a  lanyard which was conveniently facing her body so she was effectively unrecognisable, she refused to give me her name and insisted she was The Manager". To end the story

Good range of products on display , well managed store and very helpful staff .

It's such a shame for me to say that the customer service received was poor. The store manager was rude and shouting at me when I asked for a refund. If she didn't want to issue the refund, she could've said it in a different way. Nobody deserves to be spoken to like that. She is a very incompetent manager and I would suggest she gets training.The store is always empty and everyone avoids going there. I feel it's because of her that nobody goes.I am an extremely dissatisfied customer and would not like to shop there ever again.The fact that I had to approach the head office for the refund, speaks volumes. And by the way, they were happy to listen to my complaint and issued the refund without any problem.

Lady working doesn’t know what customer service is she is in her own little world. Has earphone in & talking on phone. The bald fellas even worse. Never going again.
