Absolutely shocking experience. Purchased product was made of paper not steel as reassured by the owners. Delivery took forever only to find out that the delivery men is the owner himself - not delivery company as stated (used as an explanation for delays). Product was returned immediately but sadly money was not. Not only the company charged us for arrangement of pick up ( husband took it straight away so no arrangement has been made) but also decided to charge us a VAT on the product that we never ended up with. So please BE CAREFUL they just give you refunds as per what works for them and keep the rest. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Refer to eBay or more google searches - do not get fooled by a good name that allows them to be on the top of a google search engine
