Longcroft Boarding Kennels and Cattery

We left our dog and cat in Kennels for the first time. Bit worried about dog (large German Shepard) and Personel as he is not the most friendly dog. Been there for 7 days no one gets hurt ethier dog or personel.Only I can point it's not enough walks but it's our dog do not want to cooperate and go out off Kennels so not blame anyone.Place was clean, people nice and helpful always answer calls. Kennels could be bit bigger.Overall would recommend. You can leave Your dog with peace of mind.

I am only putting one star because I have to, avoid this place like the plague. we went away on holiday for 2 weeks, so we were advised used Longcroft. so we reluctantly put our dog in there, now our dog was big in size he was full of muscle,, he was eating healthy he was always full of energy and bouncy.When they came to pick him up the old lady I found was very rude abrupt the other person it came was really helpful polite,When they brought him back however it was a completely different story it didn't look like our dog at all didn't look like him in anyway he was skin and bones he could feel his ribs when you rubbed down his back he could feel his spine he was less than half the size of what he was when he went in. We have been feeding him normal try stuff we advise them that he can only have dry stuff and when we called them they said they gave him wet stuff.Now he's been puking up for the past 2 days so we are really worried and concerned we running up the kennels to see what happened and all that and it was if they didn't care they're not even called us back.Do not use this kennels avoid they don't look after your dogs as the case in point.

I cannot fault these kennels. The staff are so good at what they do. Found this kennel by accident really and wish I’d known about it for years as I wouldn’t hesitate letting them look after my dog again.

Longcroft kennels are brilliant! I left my dog in their care recently and I couldn't be happier with them. I can see she was looked after whilst with them and she has come home as happy and as healthy as she was when I dropped her off. The staff are very professional and polite and understanding of what your pet needs. would differently recommend to dog owners.

I was worried about leaving my dog in a kennel, but he was great, and on his second visit, he ran straight In. Lovely friendly place

The staff are all lovely and super helpful. Prince stays here regularly and loves going. He comes back happy and healthy! He’s stayed quite a few times over the last 2 years and I would be reluctant to take him anywhere else.

I have used Longcroft now on several occasions over the last 2 years and each time Carly our family dog has been well looked after, and happy to stay with them.She has never had any health issues following her stay, and always looks as healthy when we pick her up as when we dropped her off, so all credit to the staff who work there.Thanks all and will see you again soon.

My friend took her very nervous cockapoo for the first time to the groomer within the kennels. She was brilliant at gaining his trust and made an excellent job grooming him.

This was our first time using this cattery. Staff are really friendly and the prices were good. The cattery area appeared clean but quite blank. Due to it being a cattery and boarding kennel there is a lot of barking from boarding dogs which is maybe not the best for a cat not liking dogs.

Boarded my dogs for the first time, they have been very well looked after! Staff are super friendly. Cannot fault a thing!
