It was such a lovely time with Jaki, she was gentle and reassuring when I was worried about getting my cuticles pushed back. She shared a lot of information on how to take care of my nails and they came out beautifully.

Wanted my own natural looking nails for my wedding but I broke a nail with 1 week to go. Jaki responded really quickly to me, came up with a plan to salvage my nails and the result is perfect - fiancé couldn’t tell which one was false.

Very professional and welcoming, central location.Jaki made me feel very comfortable and was able to make my nails look great despite the damage that I had done removing acrylics.Highly recommend.

I contacted Jaki as my usual place shut down suddenly and I was due a biab removal. Jaki was so friendly and helpful and put me at ease so quickly (a bad nail experience many years ago makes me wary of new places). I had a fantastic appointment, really good chat and equally as important I’m so pleased with my naked manicure nails. Will definitely be back and so happy to have found you!

Did my training with Jaki for builder gel and E-file, everything she explained was in-depth and any questions I had were answered straight away. She made sure that I was confident in everything covered before letting me go. Beautiful nails, vegan and cruelty free products which is a fantastic added bonus. I always struggle with getting my nails done as I'm a very nervous and anxious person but jaki made me feel at ease right away. Had a great talk with jaki and will definitely be back, highly recommend this place and will be recommending to my friends and family. ❤️❤️
