Usually very good with pleasant staff. However, my son went today to pick up a prescription for both me and himself and part of both was missing. I rang up to check if they had the remaining part of the prescriptions and it was confirmed that they did. However, rather than say “sorry” the girl on the phone just tried to blame this on one being a controlled drug and one prescription came to them on a different day. I understand anyone can make a mistake but as this involves another trip to the chemist an apology would have been nice.

I went to the Photo Lab that is available at this location, and I happy to report that enjoyed my experience: the picture was taken and processed quickly. I will be returning and recommending this place. I also stopped by the pharmacy and received excellent customer care. The best one stop place in Belfast for an id photo and pharmacy.

The staff are all amazing here.The way they treat all their regular and new customers is amazing. The prices on the items are very fair and the staff always go the extra mile.You can also have your passport photos among other digital services provided here too. The gentleman that works in this department is also very professional and willing to go the extra mile for you.This pharmacy is the heart of the Belmont Road.

David, Lesa and the whole team at Dundela Pharmacy are always so helpful and obliging. I have been going here pretty much since I moved to Belfast in 2002. In particular over the last 2 years where things have been challenging for all of us, with regards to repeat prescriptions and knowing what's going on, they've always been great. They offer helpful advice as well for the minor ailments - always handy with little kids!The staff in the shop are equally as helpful, and always remember the children and are friendly and chatty but always professional.Highly recommended, and also never over priced! A credit to the local community!
