Nightingale Nursing & Care Home
I started about 3 months ago. I’ve worked in care 11 years now and I can honestly say nightingale is one place where the manager actually cares not only for the residents but the staff aswell. The residents have activities nearly every day our staff take some of them out in the community which they love. The residents are free to walk around and some even help with cleaning the tables which keeps them active.

I work here & I absolutely love my job!The staff are absolutely amazing at what they do!We have had lots of new faces join our team who are fitting it lovely.The care & support I see our staff give daily is what really makes this a wonderful home.refurbishments are being carried out around the home and it’s looking fantastic.the management team are very approachable & always on hand to help,My great grandma was also in the home & I couldn’t have asked for better care.Huge thank you to all staff.

We moved our mother here very recently. She is nearly 92, very frail and found the move very unsettling. The managers and care staff have been wonderful. They have welcomed her and she is being really well cared for. Thanks to everyone there. Your caring makes a huge difference to people’s lives.

I have worked here for over 13 years! It’s a great place to work, my colleagues are so hard working and genuinely care about the people we’re looking after they’re our extended family after all. Meals are lovely and home cooked. Refurbishment is looking great and can’t wait to see what else this home has in store for us in the up coming months. The current owners are committed to make our home the best and committed to rewarding strong work ethics. The home is well lead by the Management team.
