Love The Salon

I got my swish back!! Thank you so much to Livvy who was an absolute dream, she really listened to what I wanted, an absolute pleasure to have my hair done by her. This was my first appointment at Love the Salon Cheltenham, really friendly and welcoming!

My hairdo was done just as I wanted it. Many salons actually turned me away because of my long hair but Livvy accepted to do it right away. She was careful and considerate while doing my hair. We did discuss the possibilities given my expectations from the look and my fairly straight hair. My hair looked perfect and actually stayed as it is until I opened them later that night. The soft curls stayed until I washed my hair next day.Totally satisfied and highly recommend!

It's usually with some trepidation that I try a new salon, but travelling a lot makes it necessary. I needn't have worried! A welcoming atmosphere and a great crew of staff at Love The Salon added up to an enjoyable experience. My stylist, Laura, was easy to talk to and very sympathetic to what I wanted. The end result was better than my regular salon, so I will definitely be booking up when I'm next due to visit Cheltenham.If you haven't tried it yet, you should!

Recently, I booked an appointment online for hair color and highlight. After booking the screen popped up with a grand total and a list of the services I had requested along with a time. I assumed that I was all set. Upon arriving at the salon, I was told I did not have an appointment. I was informed that I would have received an email confirmation. As a potentially new client, how would I know that? I was also told I need to come in 48 hours in advance. Again, as a new client, new to Cheltenham even, how would I know that? Now I am the day before an important event and no way of getting my hair done anywhere. Incredibly disappointing!

Best hairdresser in Cheltenham. Livvy is fantastic and over the course of the last 18 months has transformed my hair from something resembling a brittle bird's nest to the shiniest, most robust and longest hair I've had in years. Prices are not a complete rip off compared to certain salons around Cheltenham and the service has always been exceptional. In my experience they go out of their way to accommodate customers and in my first appointment post covid I felt very safe, that the right precautions were taken and that the quality of service has not suffered in the slightest. I have been a client for a many years and have had a positive experience every time. The customer service is excellent and the atmosphere always is friendly & relaxing. I am a very happy and satisfied client with a terrific haircut and colour. They even fit me in for a manicure inbetween my colour (they've done wonders with my once bitten nails) Thanks so much to the team at Love the Salon x

I booked online to have my hair cut etc. Service seemed really good even had a text to check I could still attend. Staff seem really friendly. Then I was told I couldn’t get my hair cut after I had sat down as I wanted to change my style as the lady the system had booked me in with wasn’t trained to do a restyle. There was no one else available to do it. I completely understand if I just walked in but I booked an appointment for a special occasion now it can’t be done so I’m disappointed with this salon. There should be an option on the booking system if you want a trim / restyle etc so others don’t experience the disappointment I have today. Complete waste of my time today.

Had my hair cut by livvy yesterday. Hadn't been to a hairdressers in a while and she made me feel really welcome. She cut my hair perfectly. I only wanted a tidy up, I often find hairdressers cut too much off but she took the time to listen and did exactly as I asked. I was going out that night so I asked her to finish it wavy for me which I don't often do, I loved the finished look and was really happy :) :) I would go back again

Great experience, Saskia was so lovely and very attentive - she did my hair probably the nicest I’ve had it & I felt she went the extra mile to provide a great service. Thank you!
