They did a great job of repairing the screen on my iPhone, quick, friendly and a good price. Very convenient if you live near Bitterne or Townhill in Southampton.

I saw Kerri back in June and she did the best she could to fix my phone camera but advised I would need to replace the module.I took a while to get back to her and she arranged to have it done within 4 days of me deciding to have it replaced. She fixed the module for me today and my phone camera is as good as new. She has been absolutely fabulous in arranging the parts and repairs as quickly and efficiently as possible. I would definitely recommend Kerri to anyone looking to have their phone fixed.

Southampton Phone Repairs.Kerri was very responsive in emails when I contacted her about my Samsung Galaxy A20e cracked phone screen.I had contacted her at the start of the week and she promptly ordered a new phone screen for me and had it all ready and waiting for me on Saturday.My phone looks all new again with a new screen. I will use her again in the future if I have anymore problems with my phone. Very pleased customer.

Amazing place, I talked to Kerri on the phone and she was so helpful, and my issue was resolved super quickly.If I'd gone to the manufacturer, as was my first impulse, it would have cost me much more and the repair would not have been worth it for the phone in question.I'll surely return gladly and with confidence if I have any other issue in the future!

I had a few problems which Kerri diagnosed and sorted, a life saver for someone who knows nothing about mobile phones. Kerri is a very nice and super efficient lady, highly recommended if you have any phone problems.

Amazing - I smashed my phone earlier today and is already fixed. I have an iPhone 7 and she immediately said bring it over. It took 20 minutes and she even put on a screen protector. All of this cost £60 and was very worth it

Fantastic service, I can highly recommend Southampton Phone Repairs. I broke the screen of my Huawei P30 and contacted the company about a replacement, Kerri was very quick to reply, ordered a new screen and fixed the phone quickly and efficiently. I was having trouble afterwards with the fingerprint sensor and got back in touch with Kerri, she researched the problem, ordered a new calibration tool and had fixed the issue within 48 hours, at no extra cost to me!
