Ive been a member for 4 years now. Its a gym and a community that keep you motivated and improving. Programmes target different types of strength and change regularly enough that you dont get complacent. This is better than any PureGym! Recommended

Been coming here for 3 years, love the workouts, the people there are a lot of fun to train with and the coaches are excellent. It is great to be at a gym that actually understands and is able to program for a guy with 3 kids in his 40s.

Best gym I ever been to. Really good group of members and Pol / Michael (PTs) really know their stuff. Programs change every 6 weeks or so, keeps things interesting. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to get in shape.

Primal Strength & Movement
Primal has help me establish a better standard of training and to be more consistent with achieving my goals. The training blocks are varied and challenging, but the community helps you push through it. The excellent coaches help with establishing alternatives to the group programme around my existing injuries and develop these areas so now I can participate fully. Primal would be an outstanding choice for anyone coming from a sport background who wants to establish new goals and better routines after leaving their sport behind.

Have been a member for around a year now and have seen brilliant results. Trainers are a wealth of knowledge and push you to achieve your full potential. Gym has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and can honestly say I look forward to each session. Couldn't recommend enough.

Highly recommend Primal. The facility is great, the other members are lovely and supportive, and Pol and Michael are wonderful coaches with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Do yourself a favour and sign-up. You won't regret it.

I've recently joined primal and have to say hands down its the best place to improve your fitness and strength levels. I've learnt more about what my body can achieve in a handful of weeks compared to the months spent at gyms. The guys are constantly there to motivate and teach. The atmosphere is friendly and energetic and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else now!

Fantastic gym, programme changes every 6 weeks, so, you never get bored and it’s always a challenge. Pol & Michael’s knowledge in nutrition & fitness is second to none. Great bunch of people who support each other.

A true community driven gym. Primal trainers focus on strength but equally on flexibility and range of movement. Members are very supportive and good fun to be around. The coaching and mentoring is first class. Started myself then brought my son along.

Primal Strength & Movement
Been jumping from one gym into another until I found Primal. This isnt just a place to train but a healthy community that helps me to grow both physically and mentally. Both PTs are well knowledge and they are honest with your expectations etc. Plus I have to stress that everyone is friendly too as for me nothing is worse that coming into the gym while people are staring with uninviting vibes!
