The dentist fixed my teeth, but after weeks my teeth still hurt, so I went to the dentist again, but my dentist was not there. I went to another dentist, I said that my tooth hurts. The dentist didn't take any pictures, he just whitened the tooth and told me to rotate it, then he started comparing the filling and the good tooth as well. But I told him that my tooth hurts!!! Its crazy!!! I will never would go back to this place!!! Dentist,no its not,is he a dentist???!!!!!!!!

Perfect. Reception staff so lovely. Dr McDowell and the Dental nurse were amazing. The surgery is extremely clean. A positive experience all round.

Dr Elizabeth Park makes me want to visit the dentist. Over years of fear i never attended a dentist for 9 years. I was introduced to twilight sleep and honestly I will never use anything else. Elizabeth is very kind and reassuring.

I couldn’t recommend Mark Donnelly enough, he’s an absolutely fantastic dentist, patient, understanding and always does a 5 star job. Since having Mark as my dentist I genuinely wouldn’t go to anyone else now.

Everyone at Parks are extremely friendly and helpful. Mark especially was extremely knowledgeable when I asked about using a water flosser. He offered advice and guidance on using one to further improve my teeth and oral hygiene. I highly recommend Parks Dental Care. :-)

From the moment I walked through the door today, with a dilemma but no appointment, I was met with positivity and a can-do approach. My thanks to the efficient and understanding receptionist who immediately put me at ease, to the caring nurse who shared possible solutions and liaised with the dentist, and to Dr Steven McDowell who so kindly agreed to see me. Thanks to superb teamwork and professionalism my day ended so much better than it began. I can highly recommend Parks Dental Surgery. Thank you all again!
