Pathetic customer service and they are worst at dealing with customers. Purchased a voucher and paid in advance. Booking was cancelled via text message just a day before the appointment. Upon asking, response given was our therapist doesn't do male clients anymore".To that

Amazing experience. Was very warm and welcoming, and my masseuse Raj was lovely, I had a full Body massage which was just what I needed after a busy unlucky morning.. Raj put me at ease and the massage was perfect. The whole place is amazing.. can't wait to go back :)

Nice salon but very rough Brazilian wax. I have been getting Brazilian waxes consistently for about 1.5 years but this was not a pleasant experience. Waxing technique was sloppy as different areas were not done with care, the wax was just spread all over the area and strip wax was used in some areas which is inappropriate for sensitive regions. Still felt sticky after appointment and no gloves were used. It was a salon but I am not happy with the quality of wax.

a clean comfortable space for treatments, but clearly its a business that's not hot on customer service, there's no conversation, there's barely any information when you ask about treatments, a member of staff I think was the manager/owner glanced over and couldn't even manage a smile! No hello good afternoon..nothing. I hate going there and only do when I have to for convenience. Treatments are not the best everything is slapdash ..save yr money and go somewhere else

What a wonderful place. The owner, spoke to me as if I had known her for years. She took round the ground floor which is amazing with a garden that complements it beautifully with much potential to use for outdoor therapy. Massage & staff were also nice. I look forward to my next visit in 2 weeks when she will also bring her lovely dogs to meet me.

Having a busy lifestyle was nice to unwind and go to this venue for a treat.The venue is a breath of fresh air in a lovely quiet part of Walsall. Free parking. Friendly staff Rajinder and Rajdip and very polite and professional. The rooms was very clean and relaxing. I think I feel asleep a few times. The ambience was really beautiful. They couldn't do enough to ensure we had a special time. We had a back and head massage. Really relax.planning to go again.
