Good quality turf and friendly staff.I am writing the review two and a half weeks after laying the turf and it has rooted very well and has absolutely no weeds in it.Would definitely recommend.

Good fresh turf, well priced and fast delivery

Fraser Turn based in Higher Kinnerton have messed us about royally, they have the worst customer service I have ever had, the woman that answers the phone has spoken to me like a piece of dirt. I asked when the turf would be delivered to be told it was a case of being fitted in even though I should have been booked. I said that’s not very good customer service to be told well take your order somewhere else if that’s what you want!!! No I want the rest of my order please.The first part of the order the turf was not cut in straight lines and had rips through it so we had to keep patching it. We were told order would arrive mid to late morning for it to arrive at 5.30pm with part of order missing. Second part of order supposed to to arrive Tuesday didn’t arrive at all. We and our family have used this company over the last decade but now won’t touch them with a barge pole.I would say to avoid this company at all cost.

Well worth the money... and if you visit personally the turf is even cheaper...
