It was really easy making an appointment for a couples massage.Nice and cozy massage room and a good massage although not the best I've ever had.My girlfriend on the other hand was totally satisfied with hers.The pricing was average.

Useless. You phone to make a booking and give them your details. When you actually come they can't find your name/booking. Just use a simple diary to record bookings, why is it soo hard??

Beyond disappointed and undoubtedly the worst massage I’ve ever had. I was massaged by the receptionist and I can only assume she was covering because the actual masseuse wasn’t there. Nice lady, but didn’t know how to massage. A pointless series of strokes and rubs.

Booked and paid online for massage while away on a city break.The following morning, the day of the appointment received a text to advise appointment was cancelled due to staff illness.They offered to rebook 3 days later which we declined as we would have been home by then.Refund was request. All emails texts ignored.Don't book and pay deposit up front, as they ignore you . Terrible customer service.

Had some time to kill before our train, both myself and the wife were feeling tight and tired from all our walks over our stay. Decided to give it a punt. 30mins massage was great, we both felt the benefits and wished we’d done an hour. Would highly recommend.

I suffer with a long term problem with neck pain. Today I had a wonderful massage that relieved my neck and shoulder problems and my stress levels just floated away.Didi the masseuse was amazing, thank you I’ll be back. I can’t praise the White Orchid Spa enough and thoroughly recommend them.

Very good place for a massage, easy to reach by tram and bus, directly, located at haymarket. I booked a Thai hot oil massage and wasn't disappointed. Faya, the therapist, was very lovely and did a great job. The place itself is small but cozy. My therapy room was next to the entrance so i could hear the door when someone came in but I was so relaxed it didn't bother me. Highly recommend! Will definitely come back
