First class service as always. They have really looked after my fluffmonster. Highly recommended.

We called the emergency line after a friend recommended the practice as our dog had a suspected stroke. You weren’t prepared to see us and suggested we find a vet in Penzance although we were closer to the practice. We are in Cornwall on holiday and not registered with your practice but the lack of empathy care and concern was staggering. If you don’t want to provide care for animals in an emergency situation don’t have a separate line with inexperienced staff who clearly can’t deal with an emergency situation. Luckily we found an amazing vet who saw us straight away and our dog is getting better. We have owned dogs for many years and were totally shocked by the attitude we received yesterday.

So expensive it’s unbelievable. I have taken my pets to Rosemullion Falmouth/penryn for over twenty years. When the loveliest most experienced vet retired, we left. Care has taken a turn which prioritises money over care of people & their pets. It’s very disappointing, eg: consultation fees for every flea dispense, not simply yearly check as used to be standard in the past. Conversation at the front desk in Falmouth for anyone needing sensitivity, privacy is not prioritised & ridicule for anyone needing to split payments are refused. I’ve overheard anger from senior staff and breaches of confidentiality regularly. I tried once to host a community donation fund to support anyone locally struggling to pay fees & it was declined by head practitioner. I’ve held senior healthcare jobs & still couldn’t afford vet fees. In the end, I now take my pets elsewhere. It’s a shame, they used to be great, since they expanded I cannot recommend them at all, not unless you are desperate without any other option for your animal.

Our dog got an infection whilst we were on holiday. Called and were seen the same day. Receptionist was excellent, very helpful and friendly. Dr. Fitzgibbon was amazing and was able to put our anxious German Shepherd at ease quickly with her great bedside manner. Thank you!!!

Sadly we had our last visit with our beautiful Lionel.The most amazing care was given to us and Lionels care was exceptional. Such kindness,compassion and care was given by everyone.Thankyou so much to you all.
