Rock & Co Granite and Quartz Specialist

I cannot thank Rock & Co enough for our amazing worktop.All the staff were friendly & provided exceptional customer service.When we first went into see them in Stevenage, we received a warm welcome & was shown around including how the worktops were cut using the in-house machinery.We then had someone round to check our measurements. Unfortunately, they did not match but they were very accommodating to the changes required.A date was then made to be fitted & again, the exceptional service was outstanding. They were very friendly & did an outstanding job.

Fantastic results from this great company. Their workmanship is second to none and I would choose them over any other worktop provider any time. If I had to pick at anything it would be the slight lack of communication between the office and the craftsmen but over all, top quality service. Would happily recommend them.

Great service from Start to finish, really pleased to be able to visit the Cambridge site and see the samples, David was really helpful allowed us to take home a whole range of samples to see how the colours etc worked with our kitchen. We were also very pleasantly surprised that we were able to get a quote so we knew costings whilst on our first visit. David helped us source a sink (we had our own tap) and even when we changed our mind on the style of sink, nothing was too much trouble. Great communications from the office, Nicki kept us up to date with booking in, organising for template technical to come out and then the fitting team. The fitting team were great , clean and tidy, rang ahead to say what time they would arrive, everything went to plan. Very pleased with professional yet friendly local service. Would have no hesitation in recommending. Thank you David, Nicki and all the team.

We've redone the entire house so we have worked with a lot of companies but Rock & Co were certainly one of the very best. We cannotfault them on anything. Excellent service from Rock & Co; asked them to fabricate and fit a bathroom vanity with a moderately complex shape (including a cutout for a recessed sink). Very forthcoming with information about different materials available, and all done for a very reasonable price.All the measurements were done by laser in situ, so the top fit perfectly into place on arrival. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again!

We compared lots of different companies in our search for our Quartz kitchen worktops. Most offer similar styles with minor variations along with some more ‘unique’ offerings. We found prices varied quite significantly between companies and their ranges for our project of medium size. After dismissing the cheapest and the most expensive we were left with 3 or 4 in the running.We chose Rock & Co because they had a different style we couldn’t find anywhere else, and also the helpfulness of the showroom staff.The ordering, templating and fitting were very quick start to finish.I have to say that the finished product looks amazing and we are very happy with our choice and the quality of the installation.A huge thank you to Guy and his colleague who turned up at about 5:45pm to start the fit having finished a tough job prior to ours later than expected - but were still happy despite their earlier difficulties and starting another job when most people are just finishing! They worked very hard to finish ours in decent time and to exceptional quality, even to my OCD standards. They are a real credit to the company and deserve recognition accordingly.I would 100% recommend Rock & Co to others and will use again without hesitation.

1st Class service from the whole team, especially David from the Cambridge Branch. He and the team went above and beyond from template, delivery and then the install of our worktops which they supplied. We cannot recommend these guys enough and would not hesitate in using them again. Fantastic service from start to finish! I cannot recommend this company highly enough. We had several visits to the show room before we finally placed an order but at no time did we feel pressured or as if we weren't welcome. We took several samples home before we made our decision. Once we placed the order the service continued to be first class. Templating was carried out quickly and efficiently, and the install followed suit. The precision of the installed quartz worktop is really impressive. On top of all this, value for money was second to none.
