Kelsall Medical Centre

Called in at cafe today; nice place and sunny day so fine sitting outside with my dog. But real shame dogs not allowed inside cafe at all, so sadly only a nice day cafe for us! Also, appreciate just started, but would like see toast on menu.

Visited to collect a prescription for my son and waited 15 minutes behind a patient giving their medical history. The other receptionist didn't even offer any assistance. Another man comes straight in, pushes past and collects his prescription! Waited another 5 minutes before being acknowledged and given my prescription. Annoying to say the least. Pleased I decided to leave this practice. Poor.

I’ve recently moved to Kelsall medical centre and I’m so impressed with the service and care I have received.Nothing is too much trouble, no stress at all when I call or see them and most importantly they’ve provided medication as per my consultants instruction that actually helps control my pain. They’ve also helped me come off another medication which was doing nothing to help.I’d almost lost faith in GP surgeries after my experiences with my last one but I cannot recommend or Thank Kelsall medical centre enough for everything they’ve done in a persistant friendly and helpful manner. Thank you so much ☺️

I have been trying to telephone the surgery for 1hr 20 minutes and been unsuccessful. I cannot believe they are that busy. They must have a policy of ZERO answering the phone. There is no email address. How do you contact the surgery? IN PERSON ONLY?? BY REGISTERED POST? Surely not.The telephone system dutifully tells you that you are 4th in the queue, then 3rd and so on... after 10 mins you are Next call to be answered shortly"

Very disappointing not to receive any calls back and the misleading information provided as well as useless journey of 50 miles. 3 days lost waiting for call
