Roxanne was really friendly and helpful on her visit to help us with our pup. Visiting us in our home was great as the advice was much more practical and tailored to our circumstances. We've been working on the activities Roxanne suggested each day and so far, all is going well. Roxanne has been brilliant at helping us as first time dog owners with our new puppy. She has guided us not only with training but understanding how we need to be clear and consistent with our pup, along with advice on the many issues we were unsure about.

Brilliant dog behaviourist who was able to quickly understand a whole range of issues with our dog, including resource guarding and offer lots of practical advice which often seemed like obvious suggestions we just hadn't thought of. She also picked up on specifics of our situation and helped with that.
