I booked a cab at Sainsburys in Haringey. 15 minutes turned into 25. I called at that point, the controller told me another 7. When I said that was a far cry from the 15 minutes I was told at the onset, she hung up on me. When I called back to tell her she shouldn’t hang up on customers, she hung up on me again. A driver called after 7 minutes and said he’d be another 8 minutes. I booked a car through Uber and only then cancelled my booking. I hope the controller apologises to the driver as it was her rudeness that made me cancel the cab. Shameful.

Problem on some Obur drivers , they try to make problems for luggage number. Although it was mentioned at research for a cap !!!

Metro Cars arrived on time although at first he called us from the car park behind due to heavy reliance on mobile powered sat nav. He also wanted cash only which was a bit of a surprise when the amount quoted was £109.50 which we would not normally in this day and age carry in our pocket. He offered to stop at a garage cash point to draw cash which I felt very uncomfortable with. However, we agreed a direct bank transfer from card to card via an app which fortunatelywe have! His driving manner was actually very good and smooth and steady although conversation was quite difficult as grasp of English was certainly not a strength! Anyway we got there in good time so thats all fine.

I leave 3 for 5 why? I had 20 minutes to check in and check in my luggage. Why ? Because the summer vacation was a nightmare. 5 cars did not arrive for me. After 135 minutes late... is a lot if you are planning your vacation. Departure planned for 6, departure 7:15, drama

Excellent service. I would definitely use these guys again. I booked a cab for pick up of my elderly mum from the airport. The driver arrived early and patiently waited and called me to inform me he had arrived. I also was called in the morning to confirm the booking which helped. Very professional, courteous and extremely polite over the phone. And their prices were very reasonable.

This is the worse minicab office! DO NOT USE THEY WILL MESS YOU AROUND. The driver was rude and didn't even come to pick up point she kicked us out of her cab half way through the journey with three under the age of 3. When I called up The office and to explain the situation the customer service was horrible and rude they did not solve my issue and decided to argue with me while clearly they were all in the wrong. They decided to lie and make up scenarios Take your money somewhere else that will appreciate you and not leave you on the streets half way through your journey. Disgusting service….
