Amazing customer experience with Bloom UK. Mark patiently walked me through the various collections and helped me select the perfect combination of styles and colour. Once the items arrived in the UK it was delivered quickly by a friendly in-house team. I was really impressed with the quality of the items, solid, well-made, beautifully finished. The cushions (on the sofa and on the chairs) are incredibly comfortable, it feels like indoor furniture. All in all, very happy with my purchase and would thoroughly recommend Mark and his team at Bloom UK.

We spent a long time looking for the right furniture for our garden patio. We wanted something better to what you see in every garden centre and which was more comfortable than the usual chairs and sofas that are available.The ranges that Bloom offer tick every box. The designs are so different and their furniture is beautifully made. The online 3D planner makes it easy to work out what will fit best in your garden.We're really impressed with how the cushions dry out so quickly after it's been raining. We absolutely love our bloom outdoor three piece with table. Beautifully and sturdily made, and we have been leaving the cushions outside and they really do withstand the rain and crazy weather - haven't blown off the terrace!! Mark was fantastic with communication and in navigating all the difficulties with covid19 to ensure we got all of our pieces as quickly as possible. He was also super helpful in helping us make choices that could work with our budget and was very knowledgeable on all the products. Everyone that has visited and seen our furniture is blown away as they really do stand out from the usual pieces you see in the UK, and are super comfortable and just feel like luxury pieces. We’re really pleased with our garden furniture Uni Table, Tuxedo chairs and Cosmos Daybed). They look really good and are clearly very well made. Chairs and daybed are really comfortable too.Bloom have been extremely helpful at all stages of the ordering and delivery process and kept us informed. Delivery went well too despite a few challenges getting the furniture into our garden!I’d definitely recommend.

We ordered the Cosmos dining table, coffee table and 2 seater sofa in Natural, together with anthracite covers and 5 sofa cushions in the Spa colour. Quality looks excellent and very comfortable sofa, cushions are very smart looking. Slight delays in arriving due to various transportation difficulties (oil crisis mainly so slower ship passage), however, Mark kept us well informed of progress. So, very good experience and visitors have all complimented us on our choice of seating, tables and colours. Thank you Bloom.

My wife and I were very impressed with our new 'Santiago' furniture from Bloom. Both the overall quality and finish of each piece was fantastic and certainly well above that we've seen from other suppliers. Most importantly, the furniture is extremely comfortable in use. On the company, Bloom Outdoor UK were a real pleasure to deal with. Throughout the process we were kept well informed of our order status, with delivery (in our case to north-east Scotland) handled with great care using their own transport and personnel. Delivery was within 30 minutes of their stated delivery time, too! We recommend them highly.
