Very friendly staff, cooked two sausages ,sliced them and cooled them for my dog. Always look after their customers.

Ordered eggs in a nest when it came up they said they didn’t have any avocado so gave me extra toast instead which I didn’t want. They should have informed me beforehand so that I could have chosen something else

Really poor service. Staff were unhelpful (e.g. unable to tell us when hot food would start to be served because the chef was on a break for an undefined amount of time. We tried to order twice and despite us sitting right in front of the till no one notified us when the kitchen opened / the chef was back).Took 25 minutes for a tea to be bought over despite cafe being considerably less than half full. The Chicken Caesar wrap I ordered was awful. Just dry chicken and lettuce in a wrap with butter - no croutons, no Caesar dressing, no Parmesan (which the menu said it would have).

Really enjoy come here with the little ones. Service is a bit slow when busy but so relaxing that we don't mind.
