Bought my Tudor from this branch and was received by store manager Gavin and his team. The whole experience in store was excellent and honestly better than most of other high street jewellers I visited before. Would definitely recommend (even if you had to travel from other cities like I did)!

My Fiance and I went here on Sunday intending to just browse and get some ideas for choices for our wedding rings for our upcoming wedding. But, I have to say right from the start the customer service and experience we had with Gavin was superb. He greeted us upon entry to the store and sat us down for a consultation. He was a tremendous help to us in making our choice. He totally knew what we were looking for and has a wealth of knowledge in the product. We were so happy that we found the perfect rings for us for our special day.We highly recommend Hugh Rice for service and professional staff and competitive prices. Thanks again Gavin!!

Gavin and his team really set the bar for exceptional customer service at the Harrogate store. I originally sent my watch in for a battery change and the process turned a bit ugly through no fault of their own. This was almost a year ago now and Gavin has clearly done everything in his power to turn my frown upside down after I recently got water inside the watch. He really went the extra mile to make sure the entire process went smoothly. Seriously impressed, I would recommend this jewellers to anyone looking for a sharp time piece with the customer service to go with it.

We bought our wedding rings from here and I bought my husband a watch as a wedding present too and can honestly say the customer service was completely outstanding. I was recognised immediately despite only going in twice for the rings when I came to look at watches, I couldn’t believe it and the staff even remembered when we were getting married. I was made to feel at home there and the advice and effort put into both the rings and watch was fantastic and they were all beautiful! I can honestly say Hugh Rice has provided the best customer service I have ever experienced will definitely be back!

The customer service is outstanding! Between me and my family, we have bought 3 watches from here and every time, we have been given 5 star treatment and dealt with patiently, professionally and extremely friendly. There is a no pressure culture and the staff are just as happy and helpful providing advice as they are showing you the current collections. I was served by the lovely Deborah who made me feel like nothing was too much trouble.If you want a good quality watch or item of jewellery, then get yourself to High Rice in Harrogate - you will not be disappointed.

We have used Hugh Rice many times and find Lauren who normally deals with us and the rest of the team very welcoming and helpful. We have bought a number of items from them and the service received has always been fantastic. Even when they have been let down by Manufacturers they are quick to offer an amicable alternative until the problem is resolved. We cannot recommend them more highly and recently Stuart created a bespoke ring with a number of sentimental precious stones. We picked up the ring on Saturday and the final result far exceeds our expectations. Fantastic.
