The laundry Room

Traveling here as an American, it’s been hard to find a good and safe place to wash and dry my laundry. I’m very grateful that this place was here to help me in a pinch. Cheers!

I have been using this laundry for years the best one I have been two so far very nice and clean and great customer service 5* is less for this place

I struggle with mental health and have anxiety so I ask alot of questions and dont function well outside with people so tend to come across awkward. The person in charge was dismissive and spoke to me like he couldn't be bothered to answer or help, after reading the reviews I thought this would be a good place to go but have found out it is not.

I lived in a hotel in HW for 4 months and was constantly disappointed by the service. By contrast, the team at The Laundry Room have been brilliant, even letting me use their wifi for work calls when the hotel's went down. They pick up, deliver and smile! Thank you for making my arrival into HW smoother and easier. AL

This place does not even deserve one star! Extremely disappointed with the service. Dirty place and washing facilities.They put your washing on a short 25 minute cycle after which the soap pod did not even dissolve and my washing was still dirty! They tried to rectify this by offering to wash my laundry again, and to dry it for me and promised it will be ready to collect in a couple of hours. I returned the next day to collect it and found my washing was thrown into a basket still DAMP and all creased! Additionally, I found other peoples hair on it which is not acceptable!You'd expect to collect your washing clean and smelling fresh and instead you receive dirty and damp laundry Waste of time and money! I will definitely not be coming back and do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional service.

One of the best launderettes I have ever been to we have recently started using these guys for our office, Laundry, and dry cleaning these guys are very punctual and do a great job of our garments. Highly recommended?What I really found was amazing what they do for the homeless. Well done Keep it up.

Absolutely fantastic service! Visiting from New Zealand and had a large amount of washing, was done in the same day and great pricing !Would highly recommend :)

Fantastic place! Really helpful and friendly staff, the gentleman even put the football on for me to watch. Outstanding and very efficient. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome place. They stayed open till I finished my laundry even though I went at the last minute. Really happy about that.
