We use to take my dog here for the groom room however I had to cancel her recent appointment after calling atleast twice a day I never got a return call back to cancel therefore they took the deposit and never got back in touch to book her back in I had also been paying for her nails cut and they hadn’t been cutting them ! We have since took her to a new groomers who pointed out that the back nails was digging into the paw pad we never had any feedback from them regarding how the dog was in the groomers

Shelves getting emptier and emptier which is really disappointing. The reason always seems to be that “its not a delivery day” but its the same pretty much every time we go in. Not well stocked for small pet food and hay, as well as other accessories. Having to resort to buying online from other retailers

The staff are always really helpful, they have a really good selection of cat toys in store. I always make a special trp here to buy litter and cat food in bulk as it's very reasonably priced.

Lovely staff at the till (black short hair, with chooker on the neck, sorry dont remember the name). Really nice and helpfu. Thank you for doing your job well and being polite to stangers.

Absolutely excellent we needed help to choose a harness for our dog and a young lady (Ella) helped us with loads of advice and knowledge. Really helpful and polite. Lovely place to shop, staff second to none. Thanks for a nice shopping experience.

Great Pets at Home, very big and well stocked. I was served by Lilith at the tills and she was absolutely lovely. Would happily drive the extra 10 mins to this store as opposed to my closer one for the friendly customer service

This is generally where I buy a my pets needs, but the store at St. James Retail Park is always low/no stock and end up having to shop elsewhere, the shelves were yet again empty yesterday, no straw, hay, or sawdust, for my rabbit, no rabbit treats and often no wood pellet cat litter for my cats
