What a wonderful service and kind man. Thankyou Don for your kindness and looking at my brother embroidery machine with a timing issue. Dropped it off and a phone call later that evening to say it was fixed! Top service and a lovely gentleman! Thankyou again!!

Bit late to leave a review but my machine started smoking. Now my machine is a bit old (at least 60 years old) I didn't have much hope for it but this fantastic business fixed it on the same day! I was amazed and over the moon that my machine wasn't broken for good. Thank you so much again!

I rang UK sewing machine up on Friday morning, took my machine over in the afternoon and collected it this morning. Brilliant service and a very pleasant chat with Don the owner. What a brilliant service. My much neglected machine suddenly refused to work. Contacted Don & he returned my call promptly. Dropped machine off on Sunday & collected on the Tuesday! Extremely pleased. Friendly husband/wife team who are lovely people. Use this fella!Prices very reasonable.
