Mike and his team were great. After some impossible conversations with BT about a second line for an office Mike came round surveyed the property and within 24 hours the quote had arrived and within the work had been completed. When my MacBook died, I called Herts IT and within 24 hours I had a fully functioning laptop again. They were extremely helpful on the phone, I was able to drop the machine off straight away and within 5 hours they had performed a diagnostic, identified the issue, suggested a solution and given me a reasonable quote. The work went ahead immediately and I collected it the next day.Really friendly service and very affordable. Mike was super-helpful and I couldn't have been happier. I would have no hesitation in recommending these guys. They'll be my go-to for any IT issues from now on.

My PC basically died on me and I thought I had lost all my files. I contacted Mike who collected it from my door within a couple of days and returned my PC a few days later in perfect working order and in exactly the same way it was prior to the fault. Great service and very reasonable pricing too. Totally recommended.

Fantastic service!! Rang Michael up and that afternoon he was at my house picking up my laptop. Super speedy repair and reasonable price and very personable service - they even dropped my laptop back for me at at time that suited me! Would definitely recommend them and the guarantee is a definite bonus! 10/10 service.

My Laptop was deemed unrepairable by another company so I turned to Herts IT Service Ltd. and they worked especially hard to repair my Laptop. They were very efficient and informative throughout the repair stage and returned it to full working order. Mike was brilliant. Clearly knew what he was talking about but made it easy to understand. He was very understanding and helped out even when he knew I was not in a position to pay which always says a lot about a company/individual so I will 100% use Mike again when in need.

Great experience! I sent in a relatively new hp laptop just past its warranty period during the last Christmas period (think the last working day before xmas). Was certain it was going to take some time for Herts IT services to have it fixed.Turnaround time was very quick and the laptop was fixed as good as new at a very reasonable cost. I'll recommend this company giving it a conservative 4 and a half star rating.Bayo.
