A professional, courteous and caring approach to not only the work but ensuring we were happy with each stage of the work carried out over the 2 days the staff were here. they did the Roof moss removed and application for further protection carried out on whole roof, Gutters cleared and cleaned, large decking area and patio cleaned, spindles and Balustrade cleaned, conservatory roof cleaned windows cleaned and all areas tidied up after the work was done.Compared to others who have done this work in the past OMC are miles ahead in all areas, from first call to office, the visit of Scott to discuss needs and a quote, the delivery of service, office staff communication on the works being carried out and any issues, OMC will certainly be back in the future for any work, and will be doing my window cleaning going forwardThank you Charlie and Paul for a very good job.

Exceptional service from everyone involved. My patio and pathways were cleaned today and they look brand new. Everything is clean and tidy. I also forgot to put my bins out last week to be cleaned but as soon as I let the office know, the team came out the same day and cleaned them for me. So happy. Would definitely recommend.

OMC did a fantastic job of cleaning our patio, including removal of black lichen spots. It hasn't looked this good for years. We have been regularly pressure-washing it with a Karcher but that doesn't compare to a professional clean by OMC. Highly recommended

Recently had our 10m x 3.5m artificial grass rejuvenated for the spring. Not only is it clean and tidy, but it looks almost as good as new. Great job from start to finish. Really pleased and would highly recommend.

We knew that our patio needed a clean but until OMC power washed it, we did not appreciate just how filthy it was! Great job done, great cheerful service and a great end result. We are thrilled and will be using them again. I highly recommend their work.

Charlie from OMC did an absolutely amazing job on removing all the moss from our roof and gutters. He left everything clean and tidy, didn't cut any corners and took all precautions to make sure we were reassured on the methods used (by hand). He took photos and videos (before and after) and was charming and professional throughout. He worked incredibly hard all day and left us with 100% trust in him and a sparkly new roof. Charlie makes a refreshing change to a lot of the workmen around these days, brilliant chap and a fantastic company. We will only ever use this OMC for this service from now on.Thank you Charlie.
