My wife and I tried the juice diet after a two week holiday of just eating and drinking everything in sight. The first day is hard but once you get through that things do become easier. Once done we felt a million dollars and healthier before we even went away! To top it off Nikki gave us some delicious clean and healthy brownies to go with our cacao shot for the morning after! Delicious!

I came to Niki 5 weeks ago as a last resort after 3 years of chronic pain that had been undiagnosed by the NHS. I was told that I may be suffering from Migraine but that didn’t explain the constant pain in my head, facial pressure, neck pain, difficultly swallowing, digestive issues, fatigue and constant cold/flu feeling. I came to Niki very depressed and anxious with no real hope that I would ever improve. After 1 session with Niki and Dan, my issues had been diagnosed and we had a plan of action to get me out of pain. At the age of 25, for the first time in years I felt hopeful that things would get better. I have tried about 8 different (very strong) prescription medications, Pilates, chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture, massage you name it, with no relief. I have also had every medical investigation you could think of over the past couple years. After one massage with Niki and Dan, I felt some form of relief for the first time in a long time. Niki has made a plan to get my digestion back on track and Dan has made an exercise plan for me to get back in the gym and start building muscle. The nutritional guidance, recommended supplements, physical massage, exercise and advise from both have made a huge difference to me. My mental health has drastically improved in the last 5 weeks and I have noticed differences in my pain levels. Obviously we’re still at the start of my journey but Niki and Dan really know they’re stuff and I have every confidence that they will help me get my life back! Niki checks in regularly between sessions and both are highly responsive via text/email if I have any queries! 100% recommend!

I gave up coffee (I might have the very occasional one if I'm out and about but very rare) so I wanted to find an alternative to give me a boost and keep me going but without the peak and trough of caffeine does so now I order the Wake Up and Go Cacao from CF Organic wellness and have a hot cup of it nearly every day. It's really delicious I have it with a bit of oat milk and hot water and it keeps me going (I don't have breakfast)

Where do I start…… I am a 59 year old woman who suffers with chronic anxiety, sleep difficulties, fatigue and pain. I had my gallbladder removed several years ago and maybe thinking about it this is when my difficulties started.I had s consultation with Nicki who undertook a comprehensive assessment of my emotional and physical health. Nicki recommended a number of supplements as according to my blood results I had a number of deficiencies (albeit GP stated these were normal!!!). Nikki was so helpful to me when i really needed it. I had been on so many fad diets that didn’t work and needed some help to understand food and nutrition. Nikki set me up a great plan, i felt healthier for it and she gave me some great tips for the kids too. I also did the cleanse with Nikki which was a great kickstart and the cakes were amazing! Niki was so supportive with my daughter. She checked there was nothing else going on with her gut initially and then provided me with extensive information regarding foods to help her gut health, and also just her general demeanour. Mali had suffered with reflux from birth and weaning led to a whole host of new challenges with foods she couldn’t digest. Niki talked me through many explanations for things and was always happy to answer any extra questions I had. Nikki has helped the majority of my family. She has done a plan for my autistic son to get his vitamins/minerals he needs as he is very restricted with food. He is doing really well. I have also done the juice clense which was amazing, I feel brand new. Nikki has a wealth of knowledge and always goes the extra mile, highly recommend.

I reached out to Nicki after my 6.5 month old baby was suffering really badly with her skin!
