Very unprofessional GP practice. The receptionists are the worst I rang to book an appointment at 08:20 after waiting on the line for 15mins and I was told the next available appointment was in two weeks. When I ask if there wasn’t anything earlier and it’s barely 08:30 I would like a same say appointment the receptionist hung up on me. Had to call and go back to the back of the queue and wait another 15-20 mins to speak to someone. Very rude, unprofessional and unsympathetic staff don’t know where they get them from. Disgusted.

EXCELLENT & OUTSTANDINGI've genuinely never come across a team of practise staff, doctors & even a locum - who have gone that extra mile for me like this GP Surgery.My life could've been so different if people had best listened to my health concerns, prioritised my safety & cared for like this team have this year.V grateful.

WORST SERVICE EVER!Been registered here for at least 2 years and only recently moved from NR5 to Costessey NR5. When I spoke to Kerry on the 18th of November I explained that we had recently moved and needed to change my address. She did, I asked if I was still registered and she said yes definitely!! When I called in today to book an appointment I was told that we were no longer registered! Never received an email letter text message or phone call. Terrible liars, would definitely not recommend. Not family friendly either! You also get a free attitude when you calmly explain that you’ve been told that you were definitely still registered. Absurd behaviour! Totally not acceptable. I would rate 0 stars instead of 1. Now I’m left with no GP because they do not know their own rules.

I have had an illness since 2018 and kept making me take a stool sample and told me it’s normal. Until I went abroad and they told me it’s crohn disease. And went to spire hospital and told me the same. I called in today to get help and get medication to help reduce my pain and they told me to take paracetamol which doesn’t help and the doctor started raising his voice not showing respect at all. Which I’m very disappointed.

I spoke to a doctor about my problem on a telephone appointment who said they would refer me to be examined and I should hear from them in a few days with an appointment. 2 weeks later, I had still not heard and I was getting worse, I rung them up to be told the referral never got put through and I had been forgotten about. Now having to wait another week to see a doctor. Had I not rung up nothing would have happened. I am disgusted with this treatment.

after i waited 30minutes in the que, the surgery finally answer the phone just to hung up in me after few seconds. obviously when i called back was put back in the que and was the 29th one, so i just gave up as no app left anyway and had to get my little one to school as the app was for him. not very impresed about the customer service at all.

Absolutely fuming. Have a dog for emotional support and get told no dog's except support dog's. What's the difference. Also have taken my dog in when I had too see andrew. Was never told no dog's then.

2 stars because they can issue prescriptions, I think they see their patients as an inconvenience, and really see anything as the next excuse for their abysmal service, been in special measures for years, just an awful partnership business model, monopolised the area.The reception is polite depending who answers the phone.
