Called in to this company's office this morning to see if I could get a repair done to a set of blinds I had bought from them some years ago.The service I received from the receptionist and workshop staff was first class.Very refreshing in this day and age to get such service.Thank you all at Bilanco.

Got a beautiful bedroom blind fitted by Bilanco Blinds. Service as always was first rate from the man who came out to measure for the blind and helped me decide on the best position, he even had samples to show me what it would look like to the fitting of the blind. Excellent personal service and quick what more could you ask for. Would and do recommend this company.

Bianco Blinds is the best place to get blinds affordable, good quality i was very happy to purchase my verticle blinds from them . Jason is very good friendly , reliable , knowledgeable , and he explained everything to me about my blinds and i really liked that part of it when he left i felt very satisfied . Had a few roller blinds fitted in bathroos and kitchen , also faux wooden venetian blinds at orher windows. Excellent service, quality products. Staff very helpful from choosing to fitting blinds.

Have dealt with Bilanco Blinds when lived in Falkirk and moved to Kirkcaldy 2004 and venetian blinds fitted by Bilanco they are still in excellent condition. Had minor mishap when doing house renovations that required replacing a small part. Contacted Bilanco online and Audrey responded with excellent service sending me part promptly and at no charge. Have always had excellent service and good quality blinds from Bilanco and look forward to dealing with them in near future.
