Yoga for Kids & Fusion Yoga for Adults

I started doing yoga with didi around a year back to get in shape few months before my wedding. But I got so holistically connected to it. Because for didi, the most important thing is the process, both physical and spiritual. When she teaches, she herself does the routine with so much enthusiasm and positivity, that it channelizes into me and motivates me from within to push my limits. With her excellent routines, personal guidance and diet plan , I not only got into shape but improved my temperament . I very much recommend her !
