Absolutely brilliant people who work there they were so helpful and nice. I had issues with delivery company which was an absolute nightmare but JT Atkinson team dealt with this issues so well. Purchased several Yale 3 star locks 11 months ago. A fault developed with one of the locks and after I contacted the company Yale delivered a replacement lock direct to me. Very happy with the service.

Grateful service full of helpfulness but just recently I've had issues with the DX theifing delivery driver who has not delivered my full order. And who takes photos of my front door number and me. Weirdo

Unbeknownst to me DX express had only delivered 1 part of my delivery which luckily turned out to be just enough. JT Atkinson notified me of the delivery mistake and have offered me a replacement or a refund. Very helpful and honest company with integrity. Shame on the delivery driver of DX taking a picture of the corner of the parcel and not taking my delivery to my front door but leaving it in the communal area. 5 stars to JT Atkinson.
