Best Franchise I have ever worked for. I wish I didn't have to relocate because I would still be happily working there. Great staff and management team. A firm but fare leadership style with some great laughs to be had. An amazing staff team who are welcoming and helpful and want you to succeed with them.I really miss working with this team and the amazing customers that I got to visit. I miss the laughs that I had with the office and fellow colleagues. I miss feeling happy at work! if you want to be happy at work and earn a good living wage at the same time then this is the job for you.

As an employee of Bluebird Care I can honestly say that as a Company I have found them to be very professional, welcoming, motivational and considerate.Our Customers are always very grateful for our assistance and are always telling us that they would recommend us to their friends. Our customers always say that they really enjoy the time spent in our visits as sometimes this is the only contact they receive each day; especially in the current situation and this really helps their mental state of mind knowing that they at least get one conversation daily.Our varied Care Plans are tailored to every individual customer and are very easy to follow, to maximise all needs of our customers and beyond. We always have constant back up from our Office Personnel and a way of contacting other colleagues instantly which keeps us united as a team!I feel privileged to be part of an amazing team of individuals who collectively come together to make a real difference to our elderly customers so they can remain in their homes and allow continuity in living their lives in their familiar surroundings.

Bluebird have helped care and support my mother in her own home for 2 years and have always provided an excellent care service. All the carers are friendly and have provided essential day to day support which has enabled her to stay in her home during this time. They are always responsive and easy to contact. Bluebird Care, i have been working for them for them for nearly four months wow what can i say i love every thing about the company, from the management, our team of girls everyone who have giving me such a great welcome and support. Bluebird were recommended to me by two trusted friends, when my mother began to need regular care visits. From the start, the Petersfield branch were really good to deal with, a very professional and friendly organisation. Mum was very pleased with the quality and friendliness of the carers, who she grew to know well. I can't fault the service we had from Bluebird.

I started working for Bluebird care in October!! I was given thorough training and advice from the minute I started! During my shadowing stage, I was given the confidence by fellow staff and management to become independent. Once I was out on my own I can honestly say it’s the most rewarding job I’ve ever done (I have had my own dance school for the last 20 years). Bluebird have supported me every step and I love meeting new people and hearing their stories! Helping them keep their independence while feeling safe. I feel so looked after by the company and work with an amazing team. I can’t recommend Bluebird enough.
