Never again. Order a console and when returned, didn’t take it back. Only solution to buy it back for half the price. This is after the agent promised 28 days carefree return and 14 days mentioned on the website. The guy at the store was very rude. I would stay away , very much disappointed

I was treated terribly by one staff member in Preston Lancashire store, called a liar and had my legitimate complaint thrown back at me sarcastically, other members of staff watched and never corrected his behaviour not once, they allowed me to be verbally harassed and had me crying in store when trying to exercise my right to return a faulty e scooter within 30 days as said on the website they tampered with it so it would hurt one of us as throttle would stick on max speed and almost threw my son into oncoming traffic his scooter wouldn’t stop. Don’t buy from here

Was very happy after visiting the Preston branch, I have been to other branches but the professionalism compared to these were a positive surprise ! I used the pawnbroking service and this will be my go to store when I need this again.

Jack was really polite and gave me a good value for my products. He was quick with testing the products (much faster than CEX) so I would recommend if you're wanting to get rid of old belongings for some quick and easy money.

I had a wonderful experience as soon as i stepped into the shop Desmond helped me find the hard drive I wanted and the wire that came with it was lost in a box but he found it as quick as he could and apologised for the wait, amazing guy was surprised when he told me he was new. Jen was also very helpful, as Desmond was looking for the wire she was having a nice conversation and answering questions that I had and was helping Desmond look for the wire as well. Emily (Emma) was also very nice she was helping someone else but was also helping to get the wire found while also making sure the person she was dealing with was good as well. Amazing team and very good vibes, happy to of gone there to get what i needed.

Very good selling experience by the really nice man called Jack. He knew what the product was and gave a very fair price on it and even gave explanations to the final price he made. Very honest man he is. I wasn't originally served by Jack at first and was offered a much lower price originally, but they assured me that they were going to get someone of more knowledge (Jack) to look at it and fairly assess it. Please keep doing this, and thanks, Jack.The reason why it only gets 4 stars is because they simply do not take computer components and adapters. Its a shame, even for the buying experience, because I'm always looking for better components all the time. I hope they can get the facilities to test these components so I and other people can start buying and selling them instead of going to CeX or relying on Marketplace, which can be questionable at best.

Had a very positive experience today with Gage, was very professional, very friendly, had a good laugh included too. Wasted so much time down the road at Cash Generators, this will now be the place we go to if we have any more items to sell in the future. Customer service was exceptional. Thankyou so much!

Great service and very well priced products. Saw an item on website and came in to buy it. Jack who served me was fantastic. Took no longer than 2 mins for him to get the item from the back of store and was very helpful.

Epic world class service in a small high street store is possible. I got a Camera here second hand, Stuart was incredibly helpful and went beyond the extra mile to make it quick, easy and cost effective with a free camera bag thrown in. Will use again.

I sold my TV which is one year old and was glad with the negotiated price. The team has high integrity with the way they are dealing with customers. Best deal in the town.
