Very well merchandised and stocked grocery store. The produce is very fresh, the deli has a great variety, and the bakery is quite impressive. The staff are also helpful and best of all they have a big and free of charge parking lot.

NO COFFEE MACHINE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICELuckily the GeoCafé is 2mins walk away.Great staff, really good local store and, because the local chains have increased their prices so much, it has become cheaper for many products.

Great shop. Good quality and never too busy. Sometimes out of stock on certain lines but usually very good. Self scanning and self checkouts usually don’t have too long queues. Can also collect John Lewis click and collect from here too.

Small branch of Waitrose so it can get a bit crowded.Empty shelves seem to be a regular featureDespite a few recent price cuts, it's still way more expensive than Aldi for similar quality

This Waitrose really needs to be renovated as felt dirty and out dated. I am so fed up with visiting this store and finding products out of stock or with short dates..Today had to buy 2 half loaves as sold out of full costing an extra £1.20. too many times I feel trying Waitrose Caversham was a wasted journey.

Great shop in terms of quality. However, the staff can be aloof. Andrea is an exception to the rule. Always friendly, highly professional, and an asset to the store. Tony was great, but I think he's left now. I don't think generally they like staff who have a personality. It's the staff, however, that make a place. I only shop here for what I am not able to get elsewhere.

It’s a nice Waitrose, the staff are very kind and helpful! The tofu is by the cheese for anyone looking. They also have quite a lot of vegan options
