NHS Service, required for broken front tooth.Quick appointment arranged by very helpful phone assistant.Dentist did exceptionally fine work, repairing missing part of tooth.I am unable to feel where repair and original tooth end. Feels just as good as new.Very impressed,Many Thanks

My new dentist is called Ionut or John as we call him. He is such a lovely person very kind and gentle and informs you of everything he is doing. He also gives you aftercare advise in case you have any pain which the times he has treated me I have left the surgery very happy and no pain. Also his assistant is very nice and pleasant as are all the staff I have met. Thankyou all for such good service .

Awful....having paid into the NHS since I started work at 16 years old I have been told by these people that my dentist is now private and I have to join the queue to rejoin the NHS waiting list. Appointment cancelled without letting me know ( oh, we sent you a letter!!) I don't think so. My Dentist you should be ashamed of yourselves.

It sickens me what dentist practice have become today. May as well Chuck a turnstile in and contactless card payment to enter coz it’s just a money making con. There’s no patient care or consideration. Waiting room is overflowing but they’ve made sure they’ve got enough treatment rooms.Eager to grab your money before anything is done, there’s no bed side manner or chair side manner with this chain. It’s like the Wetherspoons of dentistry without the average but know what you’re getting food.Pay more and go to a practice that cares about your discomfort not just about getting that cash

Excellent visit for myself and my daughter. Friendly and welcoming reception team. Dentist and nurse both very pleasant and everything explained very clearly and recommendations given. Dentist listened to my concerns and we felt like there was plenty of time for us and not rushed. Next appointments easy to book at convenient times. Many thanks for the great treatment.

No-one likes going to the dentist, but it's not quite so bad when you get great customer service. The staff are always really friendly and helpful, especially K. on the reception desk, and quick to answer any queries. It makes the business of pulling teeth feel a lot less like, well, pulling teeth. 5*, would recommend.

Reception staff are so patient and kind. Especially considering the pressure they are under from dissatisfied patients and increasing need.It remains difficult to get an appointment or treatment but this is the governments fault. Not the staff.

Went to bookann appointment only to be told my last two dentists have left and therefore I no longer had an NHS dentist. The attitude was appalling and unsurprisingly there was private dental plan spaces available for the same dentists.I was never told about the fact I no longer have NHS......shabby treatment by the management

Just been told my children's dentist is now fully private so we cannot make appointments via NHS. We were told due to unforseen circumstances" our appointments were cancelled and when I rang to rearrange it was literally too bad
