Strictly Photobooth

DO NOT BOOK WITH this company! They have a major lack of communication problems. It was my mums birthday on the 18th June 2016 and any person would want thier mother to have a wonderful birthday. On initial booking I explained that I would like a later starting time for people to take photos from 8pm-11pm meaning that they would start to set up at 7pm I was informed this would take an hour . I was at home getting ready and under pressure with the organisation of my mums birthday then I received a phone call from my cousin who informed me that the Photoboothe company were setting up the time was 18.00pm I arrived at the hall at 18.30 and I went to speak to the man performing the photos he said that he would finish at 9pm! This was not the agreement and I was unhappy as he started to take pictures before my requested time. He then called his boss who was confused himself on the phone and said was it 8pm? And he had to check his e mail again! Then he reconfirmed that I was correct ( bare in mind I did not want this stress) then they said as a gesture they will finish at 10pm ( agreed finish time was 11pm- evidence in previous e mails)I said this to the boss on the phone he then said as the guy started earlier we would have to negotiate to 10.30 when guests where asking or waiting to take their pictures the man performing the pictures was outside on his phone half the time! I was so dissapointed as this was delaying more time! He never even informed the guests that thier was a video in the boothe. THis information was given to me by friends and family that they were unaware of the video ..... I was upset as I paid for this! So I wrote an e mail expressing what happened to mr nowell on the 24th June 2016 and no response so I sent a reminder e mail today date is 14th June 2017 and Someone called Kelly who I never spoken to wrote me an email how it was my guests fault that they did not go and do a video and she would offer nothing at all ..... point is being a manager myself this was poorly managed by the lack of communication and lack of customer services care! The original guy is spoke to was nice on the phone and informed me he would be the one to be at the boothe at my mums birthday if there was a change of plan they should of informed me like I said it was my mums birthday point is they have a lovely website don't be fooled people! Once they got money they rude! Well Kelly was putting blame on me and the people at my party for the lack of communication between themselves when I initially booked with them a year ago!! All it would of taken is a phone call to find out what happened they couldn't be bothered as they got there money one year on!

Every guest loved the Strictly PhotoBooth-it was a true highlight of our wedding! Kelly gave fantastic communication throughout the booking process from start to finish. We had a great book given to us at the end of the night with all the memories in and lovely personalised comments from our guests. Definitely worth booking!!!

Having seen Strictly Photobooth at my friend's wedding I just had to have them for my mum's party! The book to put one copy of the picture in and write a message is such a lovely keepsake idea, she just keeps looking through it. Good service and communication from booking right through until posting us the CD of pics, highly recommend, laughs all night!

I booked these guys for my wedding and I couldn't have been happier with the service I received. They were really friendly and polite during the evening and even though they were surrounded by drunken people and lots of kids all night they had a laugh with my guests and made it even more fun for everyone.Would definitely recommend.

Booked Strictly for a birthday bash. From start to finish they were completely professional, great communication - felt like a really personalised service. At the event, the photo guy was great and very friendly without being too much and there were a great selection of props and fun things. Love the fact that they personalised my photos too and would most definitely use them again. 100% recommend to anyone to make your event that bit more fun and special! Thank you Strictly!

We hired Strictly Photobooth for our wedding. It was a seamless operation and a great addition to the day! They had a large choice of props and the printed photo album provided is hilarious to look back through. It's great that you have the option to upload them to Facebook to relive it with your friends too. Matt went out of his way to find us at the end of the night to make sure the last photo was of the bride and groom which we really appreciated! Would highly recommend for any party / event.
