Delivered a very important document at a wrong address. I have no access to my parcel. Their phone lines are not working; no live chat working nor Facebook. This is criminal.

One can’t even find the words to explain how godawful DHL are - I barely leave reviews but my experience has been so tragic that had to change today. Simple delivery instructions can’t be followed by drivers, leaving the only option being to travel miles away to collect parcels. Customers should be compensated in advance for the stress and inconvenience they will undoubtedly experience when their parcels are given to DHL couriers. If you don’t laugh at how terrible it is you’ll cry for sure.

Really BAD service. We`ve been waiting for a parcel to be delivered for a week now when in fact the item is sitting in their warehouse and no one had bothered to attend a second delivered even though we`ve chased them 3 times.

After 4 days of constant communication with customer service leading to nothing I finally recieved my package by attending the actual depot. Any rearrangements i made for ny delivery were completely ignored and any communications and confirmations regarding my parcel were intentionally/unintentionally 100% false. If you can do NOT use this company's service but if you have to make sure to just go to the depot to recieve your package directly.

Worst courier service out there by miles. Terrible service. 6 days of chasing my parcels, had all the excuses and liars from them. They mailed me they finally found my parcels and it ready for collection, went there and after 20 minutes of waiting, they realised the driver had my parcel in his van, but they called him and no answer. DHL is a joke

The home delivery service is very bad. I suggest that they provide fuel and drivers and ask customers to come in person to receive their packages. I waited for the driver for 3 hours at the door of the house, but he passed by the same street quickly and did not even stop to check the address.

Despite receiving a tracking number I have not been able to get any information regarding a parcel sent directly from the DHL depot. Both website and app have proved totally useless. Very poor service from a famous name, with a system which needs more development?Thanks to Tracey for helping to resolve it and keeping me updated via email. In total I had 4 different tracking numbers for the same consignment. 9 days to receive a package 400 miles away in France!

Very poor service and unprofessional drives and assistants, I was informed that I will receive my parcel on the 24th after spending the half day at home waiting for it , I received a message telling me that we couldn't deliver the parcel because the driver couldn't access to my building (silly reason ) any way I arranged a collection from the depot the next day which is the 25th , the agent told me the parcel is with the driver and his going to deliver it today , whol day waiting for nothing, now I need to wait until Monday the 27th to see what will happen.Shame on you dhl
