Scunthorpe Bowl

Been going here for years. Great bowling ally and the staff are really helpful and friendly. Highly recommended if you are in the area.Recently added some extra attractions such as pool mini golf and axe throwing.Great value and even do concessions for over 50’s. We had a great day out.

The venue is nice and clean, lanes are good. Clearly in need of more staff, takes 15 minutes at the bar for a drink. This is not a staff fault, its a shortage of staff problem. Also the systems to set the bowling up need updating, in this day and age they are slow and a nightmare to use. staff we're friendly and polite. 5 stars to the staff on a personal level

My kids loved the new Air Park attaraction. Its their favourite thing to do in the area. Great service from the staff too. I'd quite like to give axe throwing a go in the future

Good bowling. The alley is nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed it. If you're looking to have food here, I would suggest ordering as soon as you get there. As it takes upto and hour for the food.

5 star reviewThis place is absolutely brilliant for anything that a Hospitality/Entertainment venue should NOT be.1) Lack of staff2) Lack of trained/competent staff3) They do not enforce their own displayed rules. E.g.no smoking or vaping but openly flouted by users4) Misleading information between online website and physical pricing displays at Venue. Eg advertise all over that Axe Throwing is Only £10/pp but actually when trying to book online, it's gone up six fold at £60/pp5) Don't acknowledge mistakes/faults - tin eared/tone deaf6) Bowling lanes constantly malfunction - skittles miraculously are removed/or lanes jam/game ends mid way through playing - like Harry Potter magic ✨7) Staff dont man/women/he/him/she/they/them (guard) the front desk. Usually wait 10/15 minutes before customer is acknowledged or worst case 25 minutes with desk unmanned8) Hot drinks machine NEVER works properly9) Staff run around like headless chickens10) Run like a 2 bob venue which is sad as usually busy but won't be if regulars leave due to above.Definitely Scunthorpe Bowl is the place to roll if you want the worst Entertainment and Bowling Experience around in the local area.5 star service. Only recently discovered this place.Came last night for my sisters 18thReally great vibes.Loved the disco that was on whilst bowling DJ getting everyone to join inDrinks very reasonable prices £18 for 5 drinks and 3 were alcoholic so that's pretty good compared to where I am from.Love the cocktail barWould highly recommend and we're already planning our next visit.

Our girls love bowling here, always great atmosphere helpful staff the place looks awesome also the food and drinks are lovely ☺️

We just go always to play on air bouncy castle, there is werry huge one.

Absolutely love this place - went on Sunday for the £26 6pm to 10pm unlimited bowl and, between multiple frames, played some pool, air hockey, had a stein of good lager from their cocktail bar, ate a really good hand made Pizza and delicious burger and messed about on the video games, Ludus wall and had a go at their pool crazy golf - my lad’s too young to try the axe throwing but with so many things to do it really is a one stop shop for a great night out. Totally recommend.

We had a really lovely time here. We did bowling and darts, both fun activities. We made the most of it and also had some time in the arcade. The darts was a decent price, however we do feel the dart board needs fixing and sometimes the shots didn't register. This didn't take away from the fun we had. We didn't have any food but it smelt lovely. Would like to try the axe throwing next time.
