Slow and no communication and certainly no customer service from staff at linlithgow or Falkirk. Had to do some amount of chasing to yet again recieve another women with no customer service skills and told iv got an attitude when explaining the situation after waiting 11 weeks (ment to be 3 then 6 weeks) . Still going to be waiting on more of the order. Very upset child. If yous can and don’t need to use the shop avoid it if you have to order. Customer service is non existent !!!
