Tried to get a takeaway, were greeted with the most unwelcoming place that looked closed. We had to ring them while stood outside! They didn't have any menus (apart from 1 outside) & wouldn't let us come in the past the door way! This was on a busy Sunday eve! We were so put off we didn't buy anything. Which is a real shame, as I've ordered delivery from here before & the food was beautiful.

I complained because the food was uncooked a huge black lump of gristle in the cold slimy pork dim sum I received a nasty email back banning me and blacklisting my address .not only has that silly attitude cost them my business it has cost them the business of everyone I share my experience with . Mr lee made china China a fantastic place to eat and the food was always outstanding .and his customer service was impeccable It’s just such a shame the current owners treat customers in such a bad way .. I have also read through there reviews and unbelievable to find so many with the same complaint as me I have attached another customers complaint for comparison !I would urge anyone who receives undercooked food to to fill in the online form on the food standards agency page on the government website !they are good and respond to you straight away they also investigate the issue

Multiple orders were incorrect in the past, but the food has always been fantastic. The manager is very rude and in denial when you make contact & was told not to order again.

I would just like to say this restaurant is disgusting. The management is appalling. Ordered a large amount of food from here for my whole family. Everything came with chilli on it whole chillies on the chips and chicken. Chilli was no where to been seen on the menu or on the website. When calling up to recommend that they state on the menu that there is chilli in there dishes the manager did nothing but shout at me over the phone telling me I don’t know anything about food and they she had ‘worked there for 8 years’ and were extremely awful. I will never order from them again. The manager stated that the chips come with salt and pepper so we should of knew there was chillies. I states that salt and pepper is not whole chillies. Appalled

Ordered Tofu for vegan members of our dining party but was sent chicken instead. Phoned to alert to mistake and they refused to acknowledge it and ultimately refused to do anything which was really poor, leading to these members of our party having nothing to eat.Wish we’d seen the poor service reviews beforehand!

Easy to get a table on a quiet Thursday night. The food arrived very quickly & was pleasant enough, but nothing special & was certainly overpriced. Think we'd try somewhere else another time...
