Most excellent,as most review say,but not at all in my opinion essentially English as one said ,good customer service prevailed,a rare commodity, ,excellent Asparagus lunch ,vegan/vegetarian options,interesting varied tasty and thought full salad accompanied theVegitarian Quiche one selection sampled ,and the other a lunch of Asparagus,Hollanaise 'fresh bread and butter ,tea in China cups,nice coffee ,although we had de cafe,first rate , reasonably priced shop,from wine to veg to marvellous cakes .And if you are the Breaky fan they apparently do it well vegy option too.

Nice produce, a little limited at this time of year obviously but we'll laid out and clearly priced, which makes a change from some farm shops. Cafe looked nice, didn't try it this time but may well next time. Friendly staff.

Found vegetable prices (surprisingly) high for a farm shop. Wine prices on a par with Waitrose and the same with meats.Went into the cafe and, to be frank, the place was very cold, plates were cold, although the coffee was hot. (Why can’t farmers properly finish off furnishings??). Linoleum on floor is ancient and the whole impression leaves one feeling back in the 70s.I’m sorry, and I don’t want appear unkind, but, honestly, if prices are as high as those at, say, Cotes, then one ought to expect a far higher standard of table, chairs, decor and China.Again I’m sorry but it fails to inspire a return trip. Requires quite a deal of work imho.

Lovely family run farm shop well stocked with loads of local produce. Great tea and cakes and if you have an appetite the Farmer's cooked breakfast will keep you going all day.

Always good service in the cafe & excellent eats. The shop is well laid out with good foodstuff & helpful staff. Well with a visit.

Excellent piece of meat from the butchers counter and couldn't fault the little lunchtime snack. We will be returning.

Popped in based on good reviews for coffee and cake on Sunday morning (2 families) to be met with an extremely unfriendly welcome- told numerous times they were not serving breakfast (which was absolutely fine, we were just after a coffee). After our coffees we had a browse in the very lovely farm shop, only to have extremely unfriendly service once again on check out, it truly felt they were put out to have customers in the shop. To top it off, when we got home, we found the yoghurts we had bought to be 2 days out of date. All around an awful experience!
