booked to get my mum's carpets cleaned a week ago and he was due to come yesterday at 11. he had tried to contact me on the morning to say his machine had packed up and we arranged that he would come today at 9.30 ..as I suspected that never happened. I messaged him text him and tried to phone him several times but no response. I would not recommend this firm if it was the last cleaning service on the planet. I lost 2 hrs pay and moved my mum's furniture twice to help him with the job. poor customer service and I bet it would have been a poor job!! so much for their 100% guaranteed satisfaction.

Two brilliant lads definitely recomend them my sitting room carpet looks brand new and they weren't like your usual carpet cleaners they had a laugh and a crack on with u took them twenty five mins I tried everything to get th stains up nothing worked apart from these lads well done lads definitely getting u back.

Contacted 02 Clean for a quote which was responded too promptly. Agreed a mutually convenient date and time. Lee was a little early (a bonus in my book), and quickly got to work. He confirmed the carpets that were being cleaned and gave me an approx. time for finishing. The carpets were cleaned quickly and effectively, including a black mark by the front door which previous carpet cleaning companies have failed to shift. I was more than happy with the carpets once cleaned, and the price made it excellent value for money. Will definitely be using 02 Clean again and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to friends & family.
