Travelled an hour to closest Sketchers, as suffer from foot issues. Emma served us and her knowledge, support and understanding of my dilemma was fantastic. After one hour I knew exactly which lines were suitable for my issues and which not, and I walked away with 5 pairs of sketchers and the biggest smile ever. The relief of finding shoes that support, fit and still stylish..., all thanks to Emma. Planning now when I can revist Emma with my mum for the same service. Emma is a credit to the company.

Having never shopped at Skechers before I went into the Shrewsbury store today feeling sceptical that I may not get the shoes that I needed with the difficulties I have with my feet . I was approached by Abigail who was exceptionally friendly, helpful and understanding , she turned the whole experience from apprehension to satisfaction . So much so I found myself buying two pairs of extra comfy shoes rather than just one .

A came into this store to have a look around and this lady called Bally served me and helped me. We discussed about what trainers would suit me/ what I am looking for. She was very helpful and so polite. I would recommend going to this store!

Omg. Came today to buy new sketchers slip onsLovely girl in shrewsbury. Who seemed yo be on her own but had such a nice personality and positive attitude Not many staff like that about ( sketchers please pass on my thanks. This girl cared )We live in kent. We dont get the same level of care in kent !ps...assistants name was courtney. ! .

I have finally found a shoe shop where the staff make me feel comfortable - and a shop that sells comfortable shoes! Staff were really helpful and got out loads of boxes in different sizes without complaint. They checked the shoes fitted properly and, although they didn't have the colour I wanted in my size, they arranged for delivery to my home the next day. top marks to the store manager who was particularly friendly and helpful.

Big shout out to Emma who helped us with sizing, fitting etc. Great product knowledge, very friendly and understanding of customer needs. Nice store with good air con which was a welcome relief on a hot day! Haha

I work in the Merry Hill branch of Skechers and I telephoned your store with a customer enquiry, speaking to Abbey who was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. She had to go to some lengths to sort the query out but she did it quickly and efficiently, the customer was very grateful. Just wanted to pass on credit where it's due, well done Abbey!

Very rude and pushy sales staff. This resulted in me ordering a pair of sandals that I hadn't tried on as they don't carry much stock.. They were £70.They weren't the ones I wanted. Got home and managed to get the ones I actually wanted for £50 online i ordered them they came two days later. Three weeks later still not a call to say mine had arrived in store. Go in to store to see whats going on and to cancel them. They hadn't come in no idea where they were, not an appology and could only have a credit note for the £70. Safe to say after leaving i won't be using this store again. My advice is order online much better service.
