Jose is a fantastic osteopath who offers a truly holistic approach to each individual. I have been fortunate enough to have received osteopathic treatment from Jose for over a decade and he is my go to in life for any physical maintenance. He brings a compassionate approach each time and I am truly grateful to have him in my life as a body work therapist.

This osteopath damaged my back in August and I am still suffering from the damage I experienced due to his treatment. He seemed too quick to make his assessment of my injury. I went to him with an injury that I would say was a 3/10 on the pain scale and came away with 9/10 and I could hardly walk. I have had treatment from two different Osteopaths in the past that have both helped a great deal. However, this experience makes me concerned about osteopathy treatment in the future.

Jose is very informative and has profound knowledge in his field. He was recommended to me by a friend. I've been suffering with lower back issues for a good 10 years from poor posture and sitting for extended periods of time. In my first session he did a deep assessment of what was causing the problem and literally fixed it the pain is gone and I can feel the oxygen travelling to the place where previously was blocked. Amazing stuff and really blessed he is based in the city centre! Thank you

I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia by my GP and it seemed the only solution was to prescribe more and more painkillers. I was seeing a local osteopath because I was limping and had pain throughout my left leg and hip. It hurt when driving and sitting, it even prevented me from sleeping properly. I was starting to sadly accept the condition as permanent. My brother booked me an appointment and told me “Jose will fix you” based on his own personal experience. Although it is a 70 mile round trip, it was the best decision I made to accept the recommendation. From my first appointment I felt Jose really connected with me, he has the perfect blend of warmth and professionalism and I started to see improvement which got better and better with every session. I highly recommend Jose, he cares for you as an individual and knows how to get results. Looking back over the past 4 months I appreciate how his expertise and sound advice has restored me to health and fitness. I was at a crossroads where I almost gave in to a catch-all, labelled condition on the say-so of my GP. Thankfully, Jose set me on a better path with a truly holistic approach to healing...he recommended appropriate exercise, directed me to informative podcasts, encouraged positive thinking, compassionately understood my grief after losing a loved one and of course gave first class osteopathic treatment.I am extremely grateful to Jose, it’s a shame I won’t see so much of him now because he’s a tonic! ...but on the positive side I’ll be dancing pain-free this Christmas!

I can't recommend Jose enough. I've been going to him for years and every time he provides the highest standard of care and treatment. My body feels much better and so much more relaxed when i leave the appointment. There are many Osteopaths in Manchester but I've not met one that is more professional, compassionate, knowledgeable and caring than Jose. Highly recommend !

I've visited Jose for about a year now. Initially I went to help cure a back, neck and shoulder problem. He helped to do so in a very professional and experienced manner.His method of treatment suited me too.It wasn't a quick crack of the back and send me on my way.Each treatment was 45 minutes+.Also when needed and unprompted, Jose used to provide links to training exercises (on YouTube) that would help to strengthen my muscles and joints.Since Jose helped me, I've continued to go see him on a monthly basis to help with prevention rather than cure any weaknesses.I used to play sport professionally and I wish Jose would have been able to treat me back then. Im sure with his help and methods my career would have lasted much longer.I can't recommend him enough.PS: Interesting how the two critics of Jose's treatment chose not to disclose their 'name'. Just saying ...

Dealing with bad alignment, an old hernia, and some other pain/discomfort around my training, Jose has always been my first professional to go to. Even if I’m feeling 100%, Jose does monthly check ups to make sure things are working properly. Besides a great professional, Jose is a trust worthy man and I can’t recommend him enough.

I have been seeing Jose on and off for many years for lower back pain which needs occasional tweaking. My partner also sees him at least once a month for a chronic long term condition. Jose has always been friendly and approachable. He is very knowledgeable and skilled in his profession. We cannot rate him highly enough and have recommended him to friends and family.

I have been to Jose for about 7 session now. After many years of working highly laborious jobs including kitchen portering, being bent over a sink for 12 plus hours a day, bad posture, and being far too greedy with plates in the gym. Jose has helped me beyond what I thought was possible. I have been to 14 different Physiotherapists, Chiropractors and Osteopaths. All of whom have brought relief and helped, however I feel that Jose has given me the key to fixing myself. On my first visit he thoroughly assessed me and gave me an adjustment which was highly detailed and precise. He asked me to get a piece of equipment to help with a particular exercise for my rehabilitation. I procrastinated getting the piece of equipment due to finances at the time. I recently purchased the relatively cheap item (under £20) and I have started to recover from a situation, in which to be perfectly honest I felt was a lost cause. Jose has a wealth of knowledge in his profession, and combined with his highly professional yet friendly manner I think anyone would be highly fortunate to have him as their Osteopath. I know I have found mine. In a nutshell, if you having a musculoskeletal problem and are looking for help, don't delay, go see Jose.

Jose provides the most incredible service from start to finish. Not only is the treatment fantastic, he goes above and beyond wherever he can whether this be last minute appointments or tips / techniques to take away. An A* Osteo and I wouldn’t trust anybody else.
