Made an order with this company on Amazon end of June 2023, item delivery date was due within in 4 days but was supposedly delivered 2 weeks later! We have not received it and checked with Royal Mail, there is no proof of delivery!!We got a short message back saying 'Tracking say's it was delivered' that was it, no apologies or offers to replace etc.We own a business and keeping customers happy is our main concern, this company appears not to care as we received no further communication, they don't want to know.Paul & Tracey

Breeches bought for me as a bday present, obviously ahead of my bday. I was also away for a few weeks and only just opened parcel. Stains were on the brand new breeches and because I’m outside of their 28 day policy they will only give the person who bought them for me 10% back. . No apology or anything. I appreciate policies are in place for a reason but there was no attempt to apologise or have any empathy. Just computer says no. Won’t be using again.

There was a significant delay with my order but the Customer Service is very impressive: they investigated and offered either to refund me or to credit me as a gesture of good will for part of the order. I have accepted their offer and will continue to use their website as they have a good range of products and are competitively priced.

Whilst I'm sure the shop is lovely, the web orders management is sadly lacking. Order placed 8 days ago - apparently still not dispatched. No reply at all to 2 emails, and the helpline" just tells you they are hard to get hold of then cuts you off! The only way I got to speak to someone was through the shop (which I know you're not supposed to do). Got a callback and was told that my order would be dispatched the following day. Guess what............. :("

Purchased a pair of jodhpur boots and riding tights for my daughter. Delivery stated 2-5 working days, on the 5th working day so I contacted them. I was informed the boots were not in stock and they had not even sent the tights from the warehouse. No contact from them to confirm any of this. Boots are still showing in stock on website.

I should've looked at the reviews about their online orders before placing one. They take orders for things they don't have stock of, you have to wait for their shipment to arrive any day now" and then get told they don't know if it's coming at all. I only know that because I had to email to get an update on my order which stayed on the same status for days

Awful experience. Seems their website is not linked to any live stock control system so allows you to order items they don't have in stock. It wouldn't be so bad if they called immediately to apologise and let you know, allowing you to make other purchase arrangements. Unfortunately, they don't. I had to call them for an update, only to be told this. Won't order from them again.
