What an impressive SaporitouizzaGrillHouse!!! What a community based organisation we have right here in our humble Killay.It was a bank holiday.The SaporitoPizzaGrillHouse app took an order so we assumed naturally that the SaporitoPizzaGrillHouse was open.Listen carefully now!We left out an item by accident.I called, I spoke to someone and rectified this.The gent didn’t skip a beat. He simply took the order and delivered. They were in fact closed!!They honoured our order anyway.This act of kindness went a long way for our family today.If you are anywhere near Killay. Stop in for their wonderful food and when you are finished reading this, you will know also that they pour their hearts into their food.What an outstanding restaurant!!

Fantastic local kebab shop. Staff are super friendly and eager to please. Never had a bad meal from here and we have a takeaway pretty much every week.

The most rude and disgraceful service I have received. I got home to find that none of my food was correct and when I call to rectify the situation, they hang up on me. Food was also average, one item was boiled rice instead of Mediterranean, which is £3. The meals came with one salad, I asked for two and the meat had no seasoning. Never going back, first and last time!

Ordered a few times before always lovely food. Was told they were out of Lamb kofte so offered Lamb Shish instead which I accepted and this is what turned up, burnt/tough wouldn't have even fed it to the dog and missing garlic sauce.Eating some cardboard would've been tastier than this. Long story short after calling back to try and a get a refund on the lamb £7 not the rest of the food the chefs attitude was shocking bare in mind I asked for a refund on the lamb not the the rest of the food.Hung up on twice by chef, won't be eating again from this food pit avoid.

The pizzas are Amazing they taste fresh and they don't look or taste like they've just put a bit of sauce and cheese on a base they're so good. The kebab meat is lovely to really good quality if that's possible. Only thing I wouldn't go for is the wings, not the best wings in the world but the pizzas certainly make up for it.

Extremely busy with customers coming in the door and phone orders. However, that is no excuse to serve up undercooked chicken! Also, the raw chicken on sticks is passed over all of the open salad containers for it to then be cooked. Chicken is dripping juices which no doubt go on the salad. Will be contacting environmental health on Monday. I had to give one star rating as it would not let me give none!

Waited half an hour for a chicken shish despite there being no one else there.Challenged them on the fact that they were filling bags for delivery staff with takeaway orders, while actual customers waited ages.When I got it, my chips portion, about 7 chips, was somehow fitted in the pitta bread with my chicken portion.Literally the worst kebab I’ve ever had I will never go there again
